What is integrative medicine?
An area of medicine that looks at the whole child, which includes his/her environment, sleep hygiene, nutrition, relationships, movement, and spirit to help optimize health. Every child has a unique and individualized plan and there is no “one size fits all” approach. My goal is to help each child thrive as wellness starts from good health.
What is culinary medicine?
This is an area of medicine that focuses on the relationships between food and disease. The goal is to restore wellbeing by focusing on high quality nutrition.
What is mind body medicine?
Mind body medicine helps individuals focus on present moment awareness. When children are focused on the now, the anxiety about the future and the fear of the past, cannot live. Techniques such as meditation, yoga, guided imagery, and breathwork are utilized for this practice.

Second Opinions: Your child has an established diagnosis and you are seeking more holistic therapies
Weight Management: Your child is overweight and you are looking for nutrition solutions. Weight is often a by-product of many factors and I use a multi-dimensional approach to target the root cause and come up with a family based plan with reasonable goals.
Cancer Survivorship: Your child has completed chemotherapy, surgery, or radiation and has side effects that have limited his/her quality of life such as fatigue, insomnia, pain, depression, or anxiety. I provide Evidence based complementary therapies that can be utilized to help improve symptom management.
